Advancing menopause care: practical case studies

Course Overview

This webinar provides prescribers with a focused, case-based exploration of menopause. Using three peri and postmenopausal presentations common to the primary care setting, the session will cover symptom recognition, comprehensive assessment, and evidence-based management, including optimal use of menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).

What You Will Learn

  • A structured approach to menopause consultations, including symptom assessment and appropriate use of investigations.
  • Up to date evidence-based management of symptoms, including the role of non-hormonal therapies and optimal use of MHT
  • Individualising risk assessment and effectively communicating potential risks and benefits of MHT with the patient to support shared decision making
  • Managing menopause in patients with comorbidities and more complex risk profiles

Why You Should Attend

Menopause care is a core component of primary healthcare. This webinar will strengthen clinical confidence, update knowledge on contemporary evidence, and support prescribers in delivering individualised, patient-centred management for women in perimenopause and postmenopause.
