Dr Namdarian is a consultant urological surgeon and senior lecturer at Macquarie University. He has a special interest in new technology, robotic and minimally invasive treatments of prostatic diseases. Dr Namdarian has held prestigious fellowships in robotics at Guy's and St Thomas' Trust in London. He is the clinical lead of the Men’s Health Centre at St Vincent’s Hospital where he is RACS supervisor of training and recently appointed Co-Chair of RACS Global Health. Ben has pioneered the adoption of various techniques in prostate cancer diagnostics such as local anaesthetic transperineal prostate biopsy.
