How do I create a resource for my team/organisation?

  1. Title

    1. Be as descriptive as possible

  2. Category

    1. Select from a drop down (see below)

  3. Check box for Cascades

    1. Usually checked allows users in all child teams to access the resource

  4. Sort order

    1. Enter a number to indicate the relative priority of this resource in the resource list. Does not have to be unique

  5. Team(s) - optional

    1. Used for filtering NOT access

    2. Select any Teams for which the resource would be relevant

  6. Job Role(s) - optional

    1. Used for filtering NOT access

    2. Select any Job Roles for which the resource would be relevant

  7. Type

    1. Select from drop down

      1. File

      2. URL

      3. Text

  8. Url

    1. Either enter Url OR

    2. Click “Upload” to add a file

  9. Text (optional)

    1. Add text is required
