Why is the coupon code and course link given to me by my employer/event organiser not working?
If your coupon code is not processing correctly, please try troubleshooting via the below step by step guide:

- Locate the original email from your employer, that outlined both the course link and coupon code. and click on the link
- Click "Enrol"
- Complete any missing details to the enrolment form
- IGNORE STEP 3 (payment) and enter the Coupon Code instead.
- The balance at the bottom should reset to zero
- Confirm enrolment
