Why is my AHPRA Registration number invalid?

If your AHPRA registration number is coming up as invalid it could be that you have provided us with your HPI-I (healthcare provider identifier - individual) number in error.

Your AHPRA number will begin with MED, PSY etc. and can be located in the registration section of your AHPRA account via their website.

Occassionally there can be an error if the last name you provided to Medcast doesn't exactly match what's on your AHPRA record.
