I didn’t receive an email?
Please check your Junk folder or ask your IT administrator. You may also want to consider adding medcast.com.au to your Safe Sender List using your email provider.
If you are a member of one of our Communities of Practice like AusCAPPS, we recommend check your notification settings in the community.
First check that you have enabled Email notifications and optionally enable Desktop notifications
For AusCAPPS members only you may like to check your settings in the AusCAPPS space by following these instructions.
- Simply head to https://community.medcast.com.au/settings/notifications
- Scroll down to the block titled "Spaces"
- Click the Manage button next to AusCAPPS
Ensure you have this setting applied so that you are only receiving notifications for new discussion posts only.
