Can I change my email address/username?

Yes, your email address can be updated via your Medcast account

To update your details, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Login
  2. Click on your initials (top-right of page)
  3. Select "Change email"  
  4. Follow the prompts to update your email address

OR

  1. Login
  2. Click on your initials (top-right of page)
  3. Select "My Profile"
  4. Click on "Change email" icon above your email address 
  5. Follow the prompts to update your email address
