At Medcast, we are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and the changing state and territory health advice. We are also mindful of the directives issued by relevant state health authorities and professional bodies regarding vaccine requirements.
We are guided by two priorities: ensuring safety and health, while minimising disruption to our learners. All Medcast and Critical Care educators and staff are fully vaccinated.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for DELEGATES ATTENDING OUR COURSES
Updated 1 October 2022
The Australian Government Department of Health and State and Territory health authorities are regularly updating their isolation advice. Medcast staff are following this advice and we ask that our delegates adhere to the same guidelines.
Please STAY HOME if you are feeling unwell, if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or if you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result.
Medcast will transfer or refund registrations for learners who are required to isolate on the day of course delivery. Please cite this reasoning when you speak to our customer service team on 1300 652 046 or support@medcast.com.au. We may ask you to provide evidence that you have reported a positive test result, such as a screenshot from a health authority text message.
