Chronic kidney disease: mini audit

This mini-audit is designed to strengthen clinicians’ confidence and competence in identifying, staging, and managing chronic kidney disease (CKD) in primary care. Using a reflective, case-based approach, the audit guides participants through structured review of their patients with established CKD, drawing on the best available Australian guidance alongside key international recommendations. The focus is on applying evidence to practice, improving therapeutic decision-making, and optimising long-term outcomes for people living with CKD.
