Jane is a clinical nurse consultant for the caring@home project – a national project that aims to increase access to quality and timely end-of-life care for patients who choose to be cared for and die at home.
Jane contributes her clinical expertise to the development and provision of nationally consistent, practical, and evidence-based clinical resources and education for health professionals to improve experiences for patients and their families in the community.
Jane’s work in the field of palliative care spans over 20 years in clinical inpatient, research, project and community settings.
