Allana Gregson

Allana has been employed in the Health Services sector for over 30 years, the past 15 years as Practice Manager of a multi-site General Practice. She is very passionate about building strong teams and regularly presents team building workshops in the Central Queensland Region as well as monthly team education workshops with her own team. She has been a mentor for the Australian Association of Practice Management and has achieved Fellowship with this organisation. Allana was awarded Practice Manager of the year in 2010 and was a finalist in 2015. Her passion is to build strong teams by providing regular training and education, and to investigate areas within the existing business to increase growth potential. She enjoys investigating areas where practice improvement can be made and Chronic Disease Management is a very underutilised space.
