What does Cascades mean?

As the Team Learning system is based on a hierarchical team structure, Cascading allows an entity such as a Course, Job Role, Resource to be managed by a parent team and then made available to child teams. For example, if you wanted to have a system role called "Manager" with certain permissions allocated and you wanted this System Role to be available throughout the organisation, instead of having to create this System Role in every team you can simply create and manage this System Role at the parent level and set "Cascades" to true. This System Role, along with all associated permissions, will be available for child teams of the managing team.
